Lee Thompson
Lee first came to yoga twenty years ago when pregnant with her first son. Initially it was just a physical practice and a way to be more in touch with her body. Through the years, practice and yoga teacher training, yoga became so much more – a physical and energetic focus that intertwines every aspect of her life. Her purpose is to share this balance that yoga creates with others in order to create harmony and community in the world in which we coexist. Lee has been an Elementary Education teacher for 18 years and currently teaches Special Education at Seminole Heights Elementary. She completed her 200hr YTT in June 2023 at All Y’All Yoga Studio in Tampa, FL. She has been trained in Power Yoga inspired by the Baptiste Journey into Power, Yin/Restorative Yoga practices and Yoga Nidra. Beside yoga, Lee has love of baking and cooking and creates delicious vegan and vegetarian meals and treats!
