Join me for a special FREE online yin to Nidra yoga class. The class will begin with a yin restorative sequence and end with a Nidra guided mediation. Yin/restorative poses are held longer (3-5 minutes) to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue and quiet the mind. Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep with combines guided mediation, mental imagery, and shavasana to induce a deep state of relaxation.
