1 hour weekly of collaboration with client to pick meals to suit personalized needs for a plant-based healthy lifestyle; Create grocery list, meal plan and prep; Provide guidance, support and answer questions. Monday - Friday at an allotted time slot on Zoom. $100 a week for meal plan, recipes, grocery list, tips and guidance and any follow up questions through out the week. Recurring payment.

Ongoing Weekly Personal Meal Prep and Plan (in your home)

Once a week meal planning and prepping to last all week! Choose one day - Monday - Friday (I come to your home one day a week for 5-6 hours)Consult ahead of time virtually on meals; optional personal yoga session that day; I will grocery shop for you! (groceries not included in daily price); Personal dinner for that evening created and served!

Personalized One Day Meal Prep, Plan & Cook (in your home)

Customized one week meal plan and prep. Includes meal planning, grocery shopping time, and meal prep and cooking in your home. Dinner for that day will be cooked and served before I leave. (price does not include groceries for meals). Five days of plant-based meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) will be planned and prepped. Follow up instructions and guidance provided.

Healthy Lifestyle Reset

I will come to your home for 5 days 9:00 am - 3:00pm (5 days Monday - Friday) OR 3 days Mon - Wed & 2 days Monday & Wednesday the following week. Customize your intentional morning routine; Create a weekly meal plan; Grocery shop and reset your pantry; 1 yoga session each day - you pick the style; Cook 3 meals each day including snacks and prep for future meals.
