I am thrilled you have found your way to my site! I have spent the last couple of years on a journey to transform my lifestyle to become the best version of myself. My goal was to feel good daily and live in this world with confidence and intentional living. Through many ups and downs along the way, I have done lots of hard things like giving up dairy and meat, becoming fully vegan, and giving up alcohol completely. Doing these things has helped me clear the blocks that held me back from living up to my fullest potential. Through consistent practice, teaching yoga and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, my goals have become a reality. Through my experiences over the last couple of years, I am inspired to help support and coach others through their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.
I am also a yoga and meditation instructor who inspires the art of mindful living through my teaching and writing. I teach power flow, hot yoga, slow flow, yin/restorative and yoga Nidra. As a yoga instructor, I enjoy writing sequences with intentional themes and I know how difficult it can be to come up with something fresh and new on a weekly basis. I feel inspired to share my work with other yoga instructors to help spread yoga as a path towards healthy lifestyle and wellness.
