Yogalee Love is an independent publication launched in 2024 by Lee Thompson. The site is a platform to share yoga themes, ideas and sequences with others, as well as help support people who are curious or desire a healthier lifestyle through yoga, plant-based eating, and intentional choices!

Lee has developed Yogalee Love while navigating her journey as a yoga instructor and transforming her life through plant-based eating and committing to a clean healthy lifestyle. Lee enjoys sharing her passion for yoga, teaching, cooking and healthy living through her in-person teaching and this website. She is always dreaming new ideas to make living healthy easier and more fun with new recipes, products and even healthy homemade dog food!

Her true passion lies in guiding students on yoga retreats in the beautiful Catskill mountains of New York. She brings all of her inspiration together into one place - delicious plant-based meals, meditation, journaling, hiking, and yoga in a natural setting close to all of the earth's elements. Healthy and intentional living - back to basics and distraction free.

I am thrilled you have found your way to my site! I have spent the last couple of years on a journey to transform my lifestyle to become the best version of myself. My goal was to feel good daily and live in this world with confidence and intentional living. Through many ups and downs along the way, I have done lots of hard things like starting my own business, giving up dairy and meat, becoming fully vegan, and giving up alcohol completely. Doing these things has helped me clear the blocks that held me back from living up to my fullest potential. Through consistent practice, teaching yoga and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, my goals have become a reality. Through my experiences over the years, I am inspired to help support and coach others through their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

I am also a yoga and meditation instructor who inspires the art of mindful living through my teaching and writing. I teach power flow, hot yoga, slow flow, yin/restorative and yoga Nidra. As a yoga instructor, I enjoy writing sequences with intentional themes and I know how difficult it can be to come up with something fresh and new on a weekly basis. I feel inspired to share my work with other yoga instructors to help spread yoga as a path towards healthy lifestyle and wellness.
